WHY ARE ERROR REPORTS SENT?
Solely for purposes of the program improvement, anonymous error reports are sent to the app’s developer of ArchiTech Sketchpad. These efforts are intended to reduce bugs in the future and to improve the usability of the app continuously.
HOW ARE THE DATA USED?
The collected data will be kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL, always remain ANONYMOUS and will be FORWARDED UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TO THIRD PARTIES!
WHAT INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED?
The reports include information about the nature of the error and its formation (causing classes and functions, stack trace, date and time).
In addition to the error descriptions there are recognized the equipment model, country, unique identifier of the device, OS, App license and App version.
There are NO USER-RELATED CONTENT such as e-mails, text messages, web content, content of (ArchiTech or ArchiTech-foreign) documents, media files, (OneDrive) account data, positioning and location data or any other data collected!
HOW IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?
For the bug report recording and reporting the available services of the device are used. The sending of the information takes place only if an active connection to the Internet is available. The information is only a few kilobytes, and the data connection as well as the data volume of the device will charge as well as not.
HOW ARE THE DATA PROTECTED?
The captured data is protected to the best of its knowledge and belief against loss, destruction, access, modification and disclosure. However, the app developer is not liable for the unauthorized access, destruction, and corruption of data.

Zu Zwecken, die ausschließlich der Programmverbesserung dienen, werden anonyme Fehlerberichte von der App an den Entwickler von ArchiTech gesendet. Diese Bemühungen sollen Programmfehler in Zukunft reduzieren und die Benutzbarkeit der App stetig verbessern.

WELCHE INFORMATIONEN WERDEN ERFASST?
Die gesendeten Berichte umfassen Angaben zur Art des Fehlers und dessen Entstehung (verursachende Programmcodeklassen und Funktionen, StackTrace, Datum und Uhrzeit).
Neben den Fehlerbeschreibungen werden zum Beispiel Gerätemodell, Land, eindeutige Kennung des Geräts, Betriebssystem, App-Lizenz und App-Version erfasst.
Es werden KEINE BENUTZERBEZOGENEN INHALTE wie zum Beispiel E-Mails, SMS, Suchinhalte, Inhalte von (ArchiTech- oder ArchiTech-fremden) Dokumenten, Mediendateien, (OneDrive) Account Daten Positionsbestimmungs- und Standortdaten oder andere Daten erfasst!
WIE WERDEN DIE INFORMATIONEN ERFASST?
Für die Fehlerberichterfassung und Übermittlung werden die verfügbaren Dienste des Geräts verwendet. Das Senden der Informationen findet nur dann statt, wenn eine aktive Verbindung mit dem Internet besteht. Die Informationen betragen nur wenige Kilobyte und werden die Datenverbindung sowie das Datenvolumen des Geräts so gut wie nicht belasten.
WIE WERDEN DIE DATEN GESCHÜTZT?
Die erfassten Daten werden nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen gegen Verlust, Zerstörung, Zugriff, Veränderung und Verbreitung geschützt. Der App Entwickler übernimmt jedoch keine Haftung für den unbefugten Zugriff, die Zerstörung und Beschädigung von Daten.
