Solely for purposes of the program improvement, anonymous error reports are sent to the app\u2019s developer of ArchiTech Sketchpad. These efforts are intended to reduce bugs in the future and to improve the usability of the app continuously.<\/p>\n

The reports include information about the nature of the error and its formation (causing classes and functions, stack trace, date and time).
In addition to the error descriptions there are recognized the equipment model, country, unique identifier of the device, OS, App license and App version.
There are NO USER-RELATED CONTENT such as e-mails, text messages, web content, content of (ArchiTech or ArchiTech-foreign) documents, media files, (OneDrive) account data, positioning and location data or any other data collected!<\/p>\n

HOW IS THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?<\/h2>\n

For the bug report recording and reporting the available services of the device are used. The sending of the information takes place only if an active connection to the Internet is available.
